Anything can happen, but we are always available to help even if your watch is not under warranty. Our partner watchmakers in European capitals and Gruppo Gamma HQ will provide support.

Each Gruppo Gamma timepiece is warranted against manufacturing defects for 24 months from its date of purchase.

Accessories purchased from us are also warranted against manufacturing defects, provided that we’re notified of the defects within 30 days of receipt.

For every valid warranty claim we will, at our discretion, repair or replace the item or, if that isn’t possible, issue you a refund.

For valid warranty claims made within 30 days upon receipt, shipping costs will be borne by us. For other claims the cost of shipping your item to us will be borne by you.​

The warranty is not extended to natural markings on leather or patina on bronze, and doesn’t cover damage that in our opinion is caused by wear and tear, surface treatment, accident or mishandling. The warranty also doesn’t cover instances where the straps are too short or too long for your wrist.

The warranty will be void if the item was handled differently from the instructions in the user manual or by an unauthorised third party.

Should you have any issues please get in touch with us via the form below, provide as more information as possible and the serial number of the watch. Depending on the issue and the inventory of spares we will assess if we can fix the watch or it should be sent to Gruppo Gamma in Singapore.
